Our meetings with Janice are memorable, but even better they are measurable. Relevant and relatable are limited words I would use to describe the benefits we received as a result of the call on Monday night. Timely, thought provoking and sharpening (Prov. 27:17). I teach culinary arts (for now), but there is a tool we use to straighten the blade of our knives. It is called a honer, it really straights the blade so it can be sharp. That's what Janice does for Leslie and me, we know what to do but she straightens our ideals and allows them to be sharpen (effective) in whatever we purposed to do. Our meetings with Janice are memorable, but even better they are measurable. I am a stepby-step kind of a guy; she makes it doable and then challenges the goals etc.–wonderful for us. Last culinary example I promise, but I teach my students how to plate food (make it look good) by using a combination of colors, shapes of plates and even using specific arrangements. Often, the difference of a appealing plate and non appealing one is couple of small changes that go along way. Janice's, suggestions seem so small (maybe) to her, but they make our meals (ideas) so much more appealing to those who are coming to eat the spread we are offering. Janice, you are AWESOME….
